Last Day in Jerusalem
A rare privilege of participating in an archeological project. We were taken across the Kidron Valley to a site where tons of excavated material was dumped previously. Now the goal is to find as many artifacts as possible in all this dirt and debris.
First we were presented a crash course to identify bone, glass, pottery, coins, iron, and ceramics. The Archeologist explained the intricacies of any and each. Then a crash course on finding these in the mud and stones.
